Silicon Hustle is operated by Gabriel Moronta, an individual operating under the name Mogabr, in Connecticut, United States. Mogabr is a brand name, not a separate legal entity. This policy covers the marketing website at silicon-hustle.mogabr.com and communications sent to support@mogabr.com. It does not cover the separate game application’s account or gameplay-storage practices.
What the website provides
The website provides information about Silicon Hustle, support FAQs and an email contact. It does not provide gameplay, account sign-in, purchases, cloud saves or live Rankings. THE OVERLORD describes a fixed fictional Top 10, not a live multiplayer leaderboard. Online feedback submission is disabled for this launch; you can send feedback or privacy inquiries by email.
Information you provide
If you email support@mogabr.com, your email address, message, any attachments you choose to send and normal email headers are processed to receive, review and respond to your communication. You may include device or app details when reporting a problem. Please do not send passwords, sign-in links, tokens, full game saves or sensitive personal information. We do not automatically obtain game saves or account information through this website.
Technical information and browser storage
Website requests pass through Vercel hosting and security infrastructure, which may process IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser headers and operational or security records. The website code does not add visitor analytics, advertising trackers, remote fonts, account cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or an IndexedDB database. This is not a guarantee that browsers or infrastructure providers never use caches, cookies or logs. Browser autofill, history and recovery features are controlled separately by your browser.
Disabled feedback form and service providers
The retained online feedback implementation is disabled. If an online submission request reaches the website API, it is rejected without sending an email through Resend. The API may still receive and validate that request and its technical information. Resend delivery and the application’s feedback rate-limit calls are not active processing paths while this launch guard is in place. The website does not keep a feedback-submission database. Vercel processes website and API requests; the support mailbox provider and your own email provider process direct email. Re-enabling online submissions would require separate approval and an updated description of the active Vercel/Resend processing before collection begins.
Purposes
Information is processed to serve and secure the website, receive and respond to feedback and privacy inquiries, diagnose reported problems and address abuse. This website has no newsletter registration, payments or targeted-advertising feature. No application mechanism for selling visitor information is implemented. These descriptions do not establish the independent practices of infrastructure or email providers.
Retention
The operational target for feedback communications is no more than 90 days, unless a documented legal, security or operational exception applies. Automated mailbox cleanup is not currently implemented. This target does not guarantee deletion of every provider record or backup within 90 days. Messages, replies, technical records and backups may remain with the support mailbox or providers under their settings and applicable requirements; provider-specific periods have not been confirmed for this website. Requests can be sent to support@mogabr.com. Deletion will not be described as completed unless its scope has been verified.
Privacy requests
You can browse without an account and choose not to contact support. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion or other handling of your information, and a right to complain to a relevant regulator. Send requests to support@mogabr.com and identify the communication or information concerned without sending credentials. The minimum information reasonably necessary may be requested to verify ownership or authority. This website does not offer an automatic deletion tool. Applicable rights, response times and exceptions depend on the circumstances; immediate erasure of all independent provider copies is not promised.

The website is intended for worldwide access, subject to applicable laws. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Worldwide availability does not establish compliance with every jurisdiction. No internet-connected system is completely secure; avoid sending sensitive material through ordinary email.
